This service is the ideal solution if you are working away from home or you are away from a phone all day, and you do not want to leave the answerphone to do your business for you - nobody likes talking to a machine. The telephone will be answered as Wellington House on our line (or your own company’s name if you want to install a line at BT installation rate**). Our personal answering service ensures your calls are answered promptly and efficiently and messages are taken on your behalf, as if they were answered by your own secretary, so you won’t lose that important call. We manage your business while you are out of the office.
Or you can redirect your telephone number to us from your home, mobile phone or office. We work on the same basis as if we were doing your telephone answering permanently. If you are going away on holiday and want your phone to be answered by us instead of a machine, we can do that for you too.
A diary is kept of all calls received on your behalf, which will include Names, Company, Dates, Time etc. All messages will be faxed to you at the end of the day.
